Great vets. We've been coming here for around 4 years now. Originally, we had our puppy registered here as the vets our other dog was registered with wasn't taking on. However, due to such great service and decent prices, we ended up registering our other dog here too. Our 4 year old dog who was registered here since being a pup has always liked going to the vets and gets excited to see any of the staff there. Our 8 year old dog who we transfered over around 3 years ago used to HATE going to the vets, however, he is much better now and he always gets a fuss when he goes too. The staff are genuinely so lovely, knowledgeable and you can tell they love seeing your pets

I took my hamster in last week as he was very poorly. The vets saw me within 30mins despite not having an appointment. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for my little guy and he passed away. Today I received a sympathy card from the staff at Vets4Pets. I am very touched, thankyou for the card🐹

The vets and stuff are excellent at what they do but the appointment aollocation and time keeping is very poor. Allow 45 for an appointment as you won't be seen at your appointment time; waiting time will vary between 15-30min post allocated appointment time. I have used this vet for 4 years and its always been the same. Do not think you can use an hour lunch break to have you dog seen for a breif checkup let alone something more complicated.

As usual we were really happy with the treatment our little dog received. We always feel we have the best professional advice whilst still feeling that our views as the owner, are listened to. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our little dogs care.

Fred just had his first vaccines and microchip with a lovely vet nurse. Booking in was smooth and less than a 5 min wait. Nice staff. Spacious waiting area. Nice and calm. There's also a lift to the floor the vets are on. Good for mums with prams or for people with disabilities etc.
