Based on my experience, this place is fantastic! Not my registered vets, but I was staying local and my spaniel had somehow managed to get a large barbed fishing hook stuck in her mouth. I was told to bring her straight down, on arrival we were seen instantly, and in less than an hour we were on our way. Two jabs, one an antibiotic and the other an anti-inflammatory, a weeks worth of meds, and the necessary advice were received, and all at what I felt was a very reasonable cost. All staff were amazing and I cannot thank them enough!

Not impressed. £51 for a health checkup and spent 5 minutes telling me information I already knew about my dogs meds. This is disgusting. Looking forward to the law changes coming in where vets have to publish their prices. This is occuring late 2026 Including capped prescription charges at £16 not the current £25 vets4pets Barry charges. Time to end this gravy train. 👍

10/02/26 took my beloved dog of 15 years here today to unfortunately be put down as she was very ill and old , I'm already emotionally distressed with this process and left shocked, it was very emotional and I had most of my family with me to say goodbye, as we went into the room with my dog the Vetinary nurse was smiling and was talking about the prices of each cremation boxes, and handing me the brochure with all the different type of boxes before anything had even happened and my dog was still alive on the table at this point. this was already such a hard process and for someone to be so insensitive made the situation even more horrible than what it needed to be, infact she was smiling the entire process which was very odd,it quite frankly made me feel sick for someone to have this bedside manner, especially when it's someone's job to work with animals and deal with situations like this to our beloved family pets, total lack of empathy, no sympathetic words or any warmth whatsoever. absolutely disgusting and I will never be back or step foot into this establishment again. I would think twice or look elsewhere before anyone else considers using this company.

I cannot thank Karmel and Sylvia enough for what they did for my gorgeous Poppy cat. They made me feel like they knew her and always made a fuss. Unfortunately the last month we couldn't make her better but we tried but she was just too weak and ill. Karmel and Sylvia provided me with incredible support going through a tough month. They treated Poppy like their own with warmth and love. Thank you for the care and support you provided to me. They do truly care about every animal they see and provide owners with respect and pure kindness. The receptionists are amazing and also provide that extra support if needed. I was extremely surprised to have a condolence card. It just shows how thoughtful they all are to pet owners! thank you ❤️ x

The vet Sylvia was very pleasant and explained the problem with my dog in great detail and also explained the way the treatment would work and if there would be any side effects etc. It made me feel at ease and confident that my dog would make a full healthy recovery in no time. I was a little shocked at first at the cost of the treatment but every pet is worth it and there was no way that I could see him suffering a day longer than needed. It was in fact an educational visit as I also learned something new regarding my pet. Very satisfactory visit indeed. Thank you Vets4Pets Team and Sylvia for your outstanding service as always.
