VETCall Veterinary Surgery

I had to lay boris to rest unexpectedly and the treatment that we received was amazing. The compassion that was given, the time, the advice and overall experience gave me peace, I thank all the ladies as I was an absoloute mess. We also received a beautiful card ❤️

Great vet clinic with extremely lovely staff. They were very helpful when I was trying to help a long term stray unneutered tomcat on my block. Thank you again so much!

Lovely local veterinary surgery: cared for both our cats and were very kind when we had to sadly put them both to rest. Card through the post was a nice touch. Thank you all

I had a great experience with Vetcall when I took my cats to be spayed and neutered. The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient — both with me and my cats. They took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. My cat was well cared for and recovered smoothly thanks to their guidance. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy veterinary clinic!

Once again we find ourselves posting about the loss of a well loved pet and part of the family. Jake was given first class compassionate care over the last year of his long (nearly 15 yrs!) life. The kindness shown by every staff member up until his passing was exemplary and made the journey bearable not just for him but for ourselves also. So thank you Olive, Stephen and Ben once again and the front of shop staff. You journeyed with us from his birth at home one late night until his death last Wednesday when you came to our home to help us say goodbye. We’re so thankful Jeff and Karen

Fantastic service and knowledge from the beginning 12 years ago for my then tiny kitten. A shame we have moved away. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone there. A really great team, that I and my cat will miss. Thank you for all your help.

I’m very grateful to Sam for helping me quickly and efficiently with my dog’s health certificate for traveling abroad. She is highly experienced, and our communication was smooth throughout the process, which saved me a lot of time and effort. She was recommended by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you.
