Always feel that my dog is totally loved by all the staff at Eden Vets. It's a pleasure to go to the appointments as Teddy is always relaxed and happy. I am also assured of the care that Teddy receives and the commitment from the staff.

Took my dog Loki as he was not eating or drinking and being sick all night and day, the staff and vets were all brilliant, they were very friendly, patient and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better service and treatment for Loki. Definitely 11 out of 10

The vets at Eden Veterinary have been nothing but kind and caring to my hamster Rick, a lot of places wouldn’t look at him because he’s “just a hamster” but he’s everything to me and the staff here totally understand that. They’re so gentle with him and very knowledgeable and I cannot thank all of the staff enough for being so wonderful. If you’re looking for somewhere who’ll love and care for your furry family members, I’d highly recommend - wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰

I can’t say enough good things about Eden - we went through a really horrible situation with one of our cats and not being able to work out what was going on and it was down to the knowledge, experience and genuine care of the Eden team that they managed to work out what was going on and had our cat in surgery within the hour. I have never experienced such an experienced and caring group of people, I can’t commend enough both Pip and Laura and all the other team members that cared for our cat. I have huge anxiety due to losing animals previously and the communication from Eden and the whole process was fantastic. If you’re wanting a vets that genuinely cares for your animals and goes above and beyond to speak to you informatively and make sure not only your animal is okay but that you’re also okay then I can’t recommend them enough.

We've just moved to the area, and registered our dogs and cats as new patients with Eden, so were understandably nervous, as we were lucky enough to have a great vet of some years standing in Glssgow. However, from my first enquiry phone call, to our subsequent registration visits (and wee bit of ongoing treatment in the dogs...) Eden have been an absolute pleasure, and we're so glad we made the right choice. I'd like to make particular mention of Jess, who took our initial phone call, and also her colleague Sarah: both were friendly and so professional and welcoming. Jo, who took our consultations, was, again, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and obviously cares very much for the animals (and 'carers...') in her capable hands. I can't commend everyone we dealt with highly enough, and Eden's staff, probably unknowingly, played a huge part in our 'welcome' to the area... Sincere thanks to all...
