My fussy dog hates having his nails trimmed and blood drawn, but the team at Goddard West Ham always do an amazing job getting both done regardless. They also take exceptional care of our older cat who hates going to the vet - highly recommended!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude and un accommodating receptionist, called to say we were 8 minutes late as we had our appointment at 9:15 and even accounting for traffic we just couldn't make it in time, we were literally around the corner, 8 minutes away,called to to let them know only to be told in the rudest way that 8 minutes away means our appointment is cancelled and need to reschedule. I think this place needs to review their booking policies and grace periods for bookings as well as their hiring standards. Never setting foot in this place again in my life and my pets will be better looked after with friendly receptionists instead of shouting one. Have a nice day Karen.

I had a really positive experience with Stephanie. She was incredibly calm, kind and professional when treating my cat, who had come home with a serious injury. She took the time to handle him gently and made sure he was as comfortable as possible, which really reassured me during a stressful situation. Stephanie explained everything clearly and made me feel supported throughout the appointment. I’m very grateful for the care she gave and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled vet

Watching him struggle with that difficult skin condition was heartbreaking, and there were times I felt completely helpless. Your kindness, patience, and determination truly changed everything. Best vet I've ever been to in my 23 years of owning animals - very quick but informative and friendly service. Our vet was Angel Femandez, a fitting name! He clearly loves his patients and handles them with care. The Petplan is great too!

Our experience with the vets here was good overall, with the initial check, neutering and vaccination all done well and the cat recovered alright despite being very prone to stress. However, the best part was the entropion surgery on both of our cat’s eyes. He has been suffering a lot as he was growing with the problem, and the surgery helped a lot. We were consulted on all the steps, the post surgery care was explained and we were supported the first few days when the pain and discomfort were the greatest. Now it’s been about a couple of months after surgery, and the scarring is gone, the eyes healed and look beautiful - symmetrical, bright and open wide. He’s also a much calmer and happy kitten now. We couldn’t be happier!
