SCAMMERS & FRAUDSTERS!! If I could give 0 stars then I would!! I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost 2 years and all these people do is scam and tell lies. They don’t care about your animals they are a money making scam. My dog has allergies that he needs medication for. Goddard provide the prescription so we can purchase his medication online - as going directly through them costs an arm & a leg. They insist on having to see my dog every 3 months when the prescription needs to be renewed. On this occasion they charged us £90 for a visit and prescription. They told my partner they would give us some tablets to get my dog through until we could order the medication. However they didn’t tell us they were charging for this. After my dogs appointment yesterday the lady at the desk said they would email us the bill and it would be £90. The bill came through and they have charged £150. We called them up and they were chatting absolute garbage about why the price has gone up and refusing to send us the prescription until the payment is made. This company know what they are doing. They know that dogs are precious to their owners and we will pay whatever we have to for what they need. Baring in mind this is not the only time they have racked up the price on us for no reason. I took my other dog to see them when he wasn’t well and the doctor said they wants to see him again a week later to monitor him (which makes sense). Why is it when I took him back for the follow up it was a different doctor that had no clue what the last doctor was talking about. Have us different advise and also asked to see him for a follow up! The previous doctor hadn’t updated the records so absolutely wasted my time and of course I had to pay for these extra appointments! They don’t have permanent staff they use locum doctors. Literally the worstttt vets in London. I will never come back here. I would rather take my money somewhere else. You should be in jail for taking advantage of animals and their owners. I will continue to leave reviews every month until your Buisness goes bust - trust me I have stories for days. Disgusting people

Scammy. Tried to say that my cat needed dental treatment costing £2k, and refused to sell basic flea drops without taking the pet in for an appointment, while frequently mentioning their pet plan.

I just had to take a stray cat in after a car accident. Dr Rosa was so sympathetic and understanding. She put him out of his suffering with a gentle touch. Although I hardly knew him, I fed him and loved him these past few weeks. RIP little man xxx Thank you 😪

I had an appointment for a re-homed cat who is highly anxious and difficult to control. From start to finish, the Mile End branch was amazing! They were very reassuring on the phone when I booked and really accommodating. At the clinic, the reception staff were wonderful and the vet was super experienced, knowledgeable and great with handling the cat despite his temperament. Thank you!

The staff at Mile End are so lovely! Taytos first visit to the vet for her 2nd vax was a complete success. Thanks to the lovely woman at the desk and the vet for making her feel so calm and loved 🥰 highly recommend.

Highly recommend, my dog had managed to tear her dew claw, it was nearly hanging off. The vet and the nurse were super kind and caring. They fixed it a few minutes, treating it as an emergency. Thank you so much.
