We were on holiday with our beloved Staffie unfortunately Layla health deteriorated and it was her time. Haydon vets were outstanding. Kind professional and patient. Wow. What absolutely fantastic support from the staff at Haydon Vets, Bridport. Brian, our 5 year old Shorkie was injured by another dog and within 15 minutes he was in the surgery. We were on holiday so this was a first time visit to this practice. The care and attention Brian received was first class. His wounds are healing up really well, he doesn't seem to be fazed by anything. He's back to his normal self and appears to be wearing his battle wounds with pride 😊 My wife, Brian and myself can heartily recommend this veterinary surgery. We are all so thankful for the dedication, professional and caring service we received. Totally top class. Thank you all so much.

I feel nothing but kindest when I enter the room at Haydon. First time my Rottie has not tried to bolt from the vets. That speaks volumes

I trust Haydon Vets to care for my pets wellbeing 100% It’s so easy to get an appointment, usually with the vet of your choice. The reception staff are very warm and welcoming which really helps when you are worrying about your poorly pet. I really do recommend!

I have been bringing my pets to Haydon Vets for thirty nine years. My loyalty is because of the excellent service and kindness, both to the animals and to me, a typical worried owner. This time a vet nurse was able to deal with my cat’s injury. First class attention , thank you. Vet fees can be very frightening. I think it very decent that nurse appointments are offered for more routine consultations and check ups. No selling of unnecessary medication or services either. Businesses have to make money to stay open. My impression this week is that Haydon Vets are giving best service whilst being as fair and honest to their clients as possible.

I have been using Haydon Vets since 2009 and I have never had a bad experience. Vets have changed over the years but all have been kind, helpful and understanding. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service I’ve received.

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. I always feel comforted and reassured and trust everything they are doing. We are so very grateful to each member of staff there. Thank you! 🐾

Top care!! We took our injured puppy there when she was involved in an accident. Haydon vets done their magic and have given her a chance. Still a long way to go but without them for sure we would have lost our little girl

Really disappointed with Hayden Vets, we were promised a call back on two separate occasions from Vanessa but never received one, and I felt like this was a common occurrence based on how the receptionist responded. Because we didn't receive a call back we were forced to shop around and discovered that we could get the same treatment (and it was the exact same) at a different vets for much less, which actually was a blessing. I want to add that reception were fantastic, they were very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, just a shame they were let down by Vanessa.
