We have been with Heath Vets since getting our almost 2yr old Labrador. We’ve had a few visits in this time and always felt cared for with each vet being very patient with our excitable boy. Today he was in for castration and I couldn’t have asked for a better care and communication, we had photos sent of him settling into his kennel and when he came round from the op, with a phone call to let us know how it went. We were never pressured into pre op tests on a young healthy dog and two post op check ups are included in a very reasonable price for the procedure. The reception staff are fantastic, thank you Jodie for your updates today. Overall brilliant vets from our experience so far.

First visit since registering earlier in the year. Fantastic service provided by Emily who treated our very nervous cat Hudson, who like many cats hates being away from his home environment. The whole consultation was unrushed and Emily took the trouble to make sure Hudson remained as calm as possible which was much appreciated Very friendly, welcoming, reception staff in a clean modern building with excellent parking. Highly recommended local business.

Another great visit to Heath Vets! This was a routine annual health check and vaccinations but we are never treated as though it is routine. Every visit is a discussion about what is best for my dog and my circumstances so I can make the best decisions for him. I value the time, experience and options that the vet gives me. Thank you.

The best vets! We recently moved to Heath Vets from Mid-Sussex Vets as I didn't feel happy with the service we were being provided. I honestly think they are the most lovely team and are so compassionate and caring towards my dog Fred. Every time I speak to someone on the reception, they are quick to answer, via phone and email and so helpful with any questions I have, and it's been the best thing as a dog owner to move to a vet where I feel they really care about him. I also popped into the reception a few weeks ago, as I was passing and needed to book in Fred in for an appointment, and I didn't even say his name, the lady on reception knew who I was and who my dog was. Unbelievable service - they must see so many people, and we are a new customer to them so the fact she remembered who I was, is just amazing customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Perfect vets! All the staff are always so lovely and friendly, always seem so genuinely happy to see my cat Turnip, and I have 100% confidence that they recommend what is best for him. They are gentle and kind, and even take steps to use the calming sprays in the rooms and on equiptment to ensure he's as comfortable as possible. The health care plan is perfect for us, and the service is always incredible. Definitely recommend, thank you team!

Thank you for making a trip to the vets far less stressful. Having a reactive rescue can be difficult going into situations which involve meeting new people. Jess Gambrill and her team insured Luna was looked after from start to finish. Very professional and caring, I felt like everyone listened to my concerns around bringing Luna in so thank you
