I’ve been using The Ark vets since 2012, with my first dog, and now with my second. The receptionists, nurses, and vets have always been kind, caring, and thorough. The Healthy Pet Club ensures that we get regular health checks and appropriate treatments. My dog was diagnosed with arthritis in 2020 and they have kept her mobile, and importantly, pain free, not just with pain medication but also with recommendations for complementary treatments too. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The arc doesn't see you as a customer they see you as a cash cow. Go to the - Mid Sussex vet's between the fox pub and Wivelsfield Green instead. You most certainly won't get ripped off there, go to the arc and your spend thousands.

We have always had great support and care for our pets at Ark. Recently our dog has needed the vet for various issues and the staff have been so kind, patient and gentle with him. He gets so stressed going into the vets, but everyone has given him time, love and care. As owners we also feel listened to by the staff and that means a lot.

The Ark Vets in Burgess Hill is a truly caring and professional practice. Every time I’ve visited, the team has been warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell that the animals are genuinely well looked after, and that the staff take real pride in their work. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and runs smoothly, and the atmosphere is calm and reassuring – exactly what you’d want in a veterinary practice. Whether it’s a routine visit or something more serious, you can feel confident your pet is in safe, compassionate hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly local vet!

Do not entrust your pets to these incompetent and negligent veterinarians. If you want your pet to survive, avoid this clinic at all costs. They drained both my insurance policies and my personal savings. They vaccinated my sick kitten instead of focusing on treatment. They failed to start treatment in time, and for a month, we had to rush to the vet multiple times due to my kitten suffering from collapsed seizures. No anti-seizure medication was administered. Eventually, my kitten had to be put down at the vet hospital because of multiple fractures caused by previous seizures. While he did respond to antiepileptic drugs, it was too late—he had lost the ability to move. Instead of addressing his condition, they prioritized unnecessary treatments like vaccinations, microchipping, and selling products like flea and worm treatments. I have since withdrawn my other three pets from this practice.
