We've been bringing our pets (dogs and cats) to Mid Sussex Vets from its very early days. Marie and the team understand that for most of us our pets are family. They properly listen to concerns, explain clearly what the problem might be and discuss treatment options. We always feel included in decided on the next step and have never felt pressured in to further investigations. Neither of our dogs has ever shown reluctance to go in for their appointment. The end of life care is exceptional. The team treat everyone with compassion at such a sad time. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We have had to be regulars at this vet over the last 7 months or so with my cat suddenly overgrooming etc. The practice itself has a nice ambience. I wanted the same vet to help me and my cat relax. Rosa is a great vet, professional, patient , flexible and compassionate.

All of our pets have received excellent treatment at Mid Sussex Vets. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, our Lab/retriever cross loves going there (really, wags her tail all the time). Nothing is too much trouble and the staff take time to explain treatments thoroughly. We moved to Mid Sussex Vets after we received poor service from our local vet and have never looked back.

So pleased we found this practice, honest, caring and Piere was transparent in her assessments. Going to the arc for the past yr and have had the worst service ever, in over a yr they couldn't solve her problems and over charged immensely, I'm talking thousands. Yet finding the mid Sussex they have sorted all her problems in 6wks. I never leave reviews but the change of service we've received from Mid Sussex vets compared to the Arc is immense. Lee Henry
