My furball is approaching the end of his life. Cannot fault Hook Norton vets except they will not come out in the evening to do a house call for euthanasia. I've had to request the services of Rest in Pets and so far Russell from RI Pets has been fantastic.

We were so fortunate to find this veterinary clinic when we moved to Moreton-in-Marsh from Oxfordshire. The care our pets have received has been sensitive and kind. The personnel are really good with people (and pets!), and we would highly recommend. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

I cannot thank the team at Hook Norton Veterinary Group enough for the incredible care they gave my little cat, Bella, who started showing symptoms of being in 'heat' a few weeks after being spayed (at a different vets surgery). Bella also had undergone another major surgery just two days after her spay surgery, for a hernia, and I was extremely anxious about putting her through yet another major surgery so soon after the first two, but it turned out Bella had Ovarian Remnant Syndrome, which meant we had no choice but to subject her to further exploratory surgery. Thankfully I discovered Hook Norton Veterinary Group offer laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, which far less invasive than the standard exploratory surgery, and they had performed this procedure before on cats, so I immediately felt this was the way forward. Bella underwent keyhole surgery performed by a veterinarian who specialises in endoscopy, who was absolutely outstanding. The difference this approach made was remarkable — far less invasive than traditional surgery, with a quicker, smoother recovery and minimal discomfort for Bella. The veterinarian at Hook Norton took the time to explain everything clearly, showing both skill and empathy, and her expertise was evident throughout Bella’s treatment and recovery. Thanks to the surgeon and the whole Hook Norton team, Bella is now doing brilliantly and back to her happy, playful self. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional standard of care. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hook Norton Veterinary Group, especially for anyone needing keyhole procedures for conditions like Ovarian Remnant Syndrome — it truly made all the difference for my girl. 💕
