Service has gone drastically downhill since we first joined. Poorly staffed, poor communication, never answer the phone, return calls or emails or follow up after appointments, no vets on duty, never see the same person twice. They rang us and requested we come in for routine blood and urine tests on an elderly 12 year old dog. When we got to the scheduled appointment the nurse was incredibly nervous about being alone there and being able to draw blood alone. It was very unusual. Her worry made me nervous but she said she was quite comfortable doing the procedure so I trusted her. It turns out she wasn’t able to draw blood that day and asked us to come back again another day when more than one person was there at the clinic. This caused unnecessary pain for my dog and was unexpected and inconvenient and scary. Then several weeks went by and they never had a vet or nurse follow up with any sort of contact by phone or email with the results of the urine and blood tests and I had to chase it repeatedly. We never saw the results. Then someone just rang and said it was okay with absolutely no details and we still have not seen the results of the lab work that we paid for. We ended up transferring to another vet immediately and now they are trying to charge a £60 fee to cancel the plan which I do not believe is at all reasonable under the circumstances and we were not informed of this fee at any point. Terrible experience and glad I left before my dog needs any sort of treatment or care as she ages.

They kept me waiting a whole hour in the waiting room, just to tell me an exorbitant price for my cat's dental examination. Then the vet told me I would have to come back in and pay the same again plus hundreds more just to have a couple of teeth pulled. They shouldn't have booked an appointment they weren't able to keep, and should have called me before I made my journey.

My two boys cats went in vacations the vet nurse hurt um needle point screamed. Both cats traumatised by it. Vet nurse care bad . Took more interest in cost money than she did care cats. Don't recommend this vets prices high , they look pets teeth start looking faults there nothing there. While waiting for my appointment the vet telling other customer the same take what told teeth. Looki things charge you things . Scam people hundreds pounds. Compliant vets nothing done resure me they help. No help offered when ask. All vets cares for money.

I came to holly house on January 28th to have my lovely girl put to sleep due to an infection and the vet richard was so kind and caring and gentle with her. He was extremely informative and helped me get through the process. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing service 💜

The staff were very helpful and sympathetic, I had to have me snake put down due to cancerous lumps along his spine, they kept me informed as to how he was doing as well as the bill, and sent me some really nice pictures, he looked so well in them it's hard to think he's gone, I will take my other snake's there if they become I'll.

I have been going to this surgery for two years and am very glad I've found a team of professionals who not only are extremely knowledgeable, but also very friendly. One of my cats was diagnosed with a serious condition and must go to the vet at least every three months for a procedure as well as blood and urine tests. The entire staff do everything to put not only me at ease and completely up-to-date, but they do everything to make my cats at ease as well. My cats mean the world to me, and I feel all of the staff treat my babies as if they were their own. They really do care. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.
