I like that the vets suggest options for care but allow you to go home and make your own mind up.

Kingsway did a wonderful job looking after our little boy. Every vet was friendly and knowledgeable. One time I had to take my 2 year old daughter and the vet didn't mind even when she started rummaging through her instruments. When the time came for Moo to leave us, the vet came to our house the next day. The were extremely compassionate and Moo's passing was swift and peaceful. I can't recommend the vet and nurse highly enough.

We have always had excellent service from Kingsway. The receptionists are lovely and the Vets have always been amazing with our Labrador Marley. When he started needing daily medications they took the time to give us the options and to discuss pricing so that it could be as affordable as possible for us. We unfortunately had to make that final call on Thursday evening and they were able to assist in giving Marley the help that he needed on his journey with us at home. The veterinarian and the veterinary nurse who attended talked us through everything and gave us the time we needed with Marley. When the time is right and we are able to offer another rescue dog a home we will not hesitate to register with Kingway again. Thank you so much for your service. A few photos of Marley (Moo Moo) enjoying his last swim yesterday morning as the sun rose. It brought me so much joy to see him happy but he soon regressed as we arrived home and we knew it was time to say goodbye 🩵

I'd like to give 5 stars but can't. The clinical care is up to standard but the difficulty arises at the Crosshills practice which has variable opening hours from week to week. Hours published on internet sources are neither consistent with one another nor necessarily accurate from any source, even simply for reception services. Definitely call ahead if going in for something that doesn't have an appointment booked (eg picking up meds). If the phone isn't attended you might not get a recorded message with the opening time but you will be transferred to the Skipton practice where they should be able to tell you the openings times that week.
