The practice offers extended hours from Monday to Saturday to suit the busy schedules of pet owners, with closing time at 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday, and 12:30 pm on Saturdays. On Sundays, the practice is closed. Clients can visit any day confident that there will be someone on hand to answer their queries. The practice has ample client parking and public access for the disabled.
