I have been a customer of Ivybank Kilmarnock for over 40 years (at its current and previous location) and I just wanted to give some feedback on my recent experience. I have always been happy with the service and care at Ivybank and Station Vets under Craig Freil and all my many dogs have been treated here. However recently the service, care and support I experienced with the current team has been above and beyond and simply outstanding! I recently got new puppy Bella and within 5 days of getting her she became very, very unwell and was deteriorating rapidly. Since then, we have had 3 weeks of constant care from the team at Ivybank Kilmarnock and I'm delighted (and not being overdramatic to say) that they saved her wee life! Every single member of staff has been a pleasure to deal with and has given me and Bella much needed support at a very stressful time. They kept me updated constantly; they cared for her and reassured me at every stage. I am really grateful to all of the team but would like to personally thank Catherine and Hazel for their efforts and knowledge in the care and treatment they gave Bella. I will sing Ivybank's praises to anyone who will listen and just wanted to repeat how much I have appreciated all that you've done. Before & after photos speak for themselves!

This is a fantastic Vet practice that provides excellent care for my Dog and my Rabbit. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone, especially for any small animals. They are very reasonably priced and always try to save you money when possible. I cannot thank you enough for the care provided for my pets throughout the years.

Had to visit as I was caring for my daughter's dog while she was away. Phoned and got an appointment on the same day. Welcoming reception, dog was examined and treated. Full explanation of treatment and what to expect. Would recommend.

Excellent care and patience taken with my poorly cat. Staff were so kind and helpful from my initial phone call to our consultation with the clinician. Thank you all.

This is the 2nd time quoted a price and then at till paying, price had doubled due to some explanation not given at time of booking. They need to be transparent about prices. Not everyone has double the amount. Honesty being a pet owner is getting so expensive . As much as they are great with my pet, vet expenses need to be made clear on phone before booking.
