Vets for pets especially Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire are second to none. The staff, Lorna, Emma and all the reception staff as well as the vet nurses and vets themselves are always pleasant, caring, thoughtful and professional. I had my previous dog , Kai the husky registered with them and the care, treatment etc when the decision was taken to let him pass peacefully was amazing hence why I now have my 2yr old Cockapoo registered with them since she was 10wks old, Willow loves seeing the girls at reception as do I, soon Willows pups will be part of the vets for pets family

We took our pup Aurla in for her first vet trip and the staff were lovely from start to finish. The staff on reception were so welcoming and were waiting for us, they gave Aurla lots of attention which helped make the visit super exciting for her. Eilidh the vet we saw was amazing, treated Aurla so kindly and even helped us with a couple of random questions. Hopefully we don't need too many vet visits :-)! But if we do I think Aurla will do great based one exciting first experience. Thankyou. xc

Recently 2 out of 3 of our dogs were poorly with the second dog taking ill 2 days after our 1st one, after initially not being able to get an appointment for our second dog we were contacted later to offer us a cancellation to see Kirstin. Thankfully both dogs are now feeling much better. On our last visit there was an issue with our care plan which was quickly sorted by Megan, Carmine and Susan. Can't thank all the team enough for looking after our dogs so well.

Called this morning for an appointment as my little dog Cain was ill. I always manage to get an appointment for the same day. The team on the desk are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is ever a bother for them, and they take time to chat to each person, which is invaluable when your really concerned about a treasured pet. The veterinary team are fantastic. They always explain everything, even when it’s not such good news, with care and compassion in simple to understand terms and without being patronising…..a true skill in itself over and above their amazing veterinary knowledge. I really feel like they want what’s best for your pet, and will do everything together them better. It’s a fantastic practice, and I will always stay with them for as long as they are there.

I previously had very bad experience with another vets in Kilmarnock which traumatised me after my dog got put to sleep so was very anxious taking my kitten to be neutered. May I say all staff I dealt with especially Rob the Vet, Megan the Nurse and reception staff were friendly kind caring and put us at ease even my wee Kitten Sabrina who's a handful was cared for so delicately by them. I am so glad I went here and can highly recommended them especially for their bedside manner whilst dealing with my kitten and her anxious Mum 🙈...highly recommended ..thank you so much for looking after her so well and for all advice given x

Can’t recommend enough. As a first time dog parent the team from Reception, nurses and Vets have been incredible. Very patient and caring. The care plan and what’s app feature is amazing for guiding you and helping with any questions you have. The team have also been very patient and informative with any questions. They understand a new patient with lots of questions and are great at assisting. Had a few visits now and the team never disappoint.

Great vets. Very caring and professional staff. Always made to feel welcome and help with advice from front desk superstars such as Kelsey and Emma to the clinical caring vets and nurses. Always advised what’s best for our pets and honest upfront pricing with all options discussed. Highly recommend

Really pleased with the care and service provided by Vets 4 Pets Kilmarnock. Very easy to make an appointment, even at short notice, often managing to get something same day. Even though we have seen different vets at appointments for our dog, they have always made an effort to be informed about our dogs condition and current status providing excellent continuity of care. The staff on reception are always very friendly and helpful, keen to make a fuss of your pet. Would happily recommend!
