If I could give 0 I would. I have no words for this so called veterinary establishment. To be told so many different things from various vets and then to be told with no compassion and care that “your pet should be put down and you got a week to say your goodbyes” is absolutely abhorrent. Good job we asked for a second opinion as 3 months later our pet is still here and thriving. I think some people need to reconsider their degree in veterinary medicine and visit the local charm school 😡

Always very helpful and caring with my animals. Such fair prices but still top quality care. They are also a charity so rely off donations so if you can ever spare extra please do as it all goes straight back to helping animals. Thank you to all staff

Friendly and helpful. Looked after our cat for her operation, she was well treated and everything went smoothly. She was out the same day and no issues. Recommended!

They have provided exceptional care for Poppy. Sadly, after havung several medical issues and at nearly 14 years of age, her life came to a peaceful end. Throughout Poppy's life, she required many visits to the PDSA after injuries to her cruciate ligament. The care provided has always been excellent Thank you for the care you provided to Poppy and for the excellent service you have rendered..
