There are vets closer to me which would be more convenient to be registered with but I wouldn't go to any other vet that MBM in Mauchline. Everyone is always so lovely and helpful and can't do enough for my dogs. Both girls actually get really excited when we pull up outside and they run up to the door!

Lovely service throughout. I called to enquire about what appointments to book for my puppy. They kindly booked the initial health assessment and the 1st round of jags on the same call, taking our PDSA registration into consideration. The vet was very gentle and caring for their client and supported me thoroughly as this is our first puppy dog. The lady at the till took the initiative to offer me valuable advice concerning our PDSA benefits in their surgery upon checkout. I'm a happy customer and their client was chuffed to be seen by the vet there. We are looking forward to his next visit 😊

We have been with MBM a few years now and we can’t fault them, the care and attention our dog gets is second to none. They are the most friendly caring team of people. Our wee dog gets excited going in because of the attention and affection he’s shown on each visit. Would highly recommend. Thanks for everything. Wee cooper xx

Great service from minute walked through the door. Everyone so nice and helpful and getting wee kitten her injections was much easier than we thought. Not even a cry from Gamora and she did run from me to the vet so she definitely wasn't traumatised lol. Thank you.

Great service and very compassionate vets, easy to book a suitable appointment. My cat has an ongoing skin allergy and they are always brilliant with him. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended.
