My slightly vet shy dog was made to feel comfortable enough to go into the consulting room. Our vet gave him a thorough dental check up, reassured and advised me.

Very first visit to register my new rescue yorkie Mia, first of all the parking was so perfectly accessible, reception was so spacious and bright with the great idea of separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which I think is genius. Reception team were very friendly and chatty, the vet I saw David, was super lovely and I’m not sure who was happier Mia or him but they were having a lovely cuddle on the floor lol A very impressive first visit and I joined the pet club as it makes sense when it includes all the flea and worm treatment and the boosters plus others but just those for me were a winner.

Too expensive as a company. Treatment pushy. Quotes wildly inaccurate. Have now gone to an independent practice and costs are acceptable

Staff here are always so lovely. Especially my recent visit with my big fat formal feral boy. Coming over in the waiting area to talk to him and bring him treaties. The vet was so lovely! Even when he tried to climb the wall in the surgery! You can tell they all care deeply for animals, very glad I have them! Also the pet plan is fab. Privately his first visit would have been quite expensive but cost £19 for our first visit on the plan. Thank you 💕

I brought Eddie my elderly dog for the first time last week. We saw David the vet, he was absolutely lovely. Eddie was looked after very well and we will definitely be choosing this vet practice from now on.

Friendly welcome. Lots of space to sit and ensure no battles. Vet professional, friendly and helpful. The negative side was the costs of consultation and medication, but accept this is probably the norm.
