Medivet - Greenwich

I met two different vets on separate occasions and both times received a great service. Truly appreciate the helped received today 🙏

Service here itself isn’t bad compared to other branches. I really liked the idea of a candle being lit at the reception to inform others that someone is saying their last good bye and to show respect and empathy, so it’s expected you aren’t loud or obnoxious. However when we attended to say good bye to our beloved pet, nobody really respected that someone is mourning there and neither staff or clients bothered keeping their tones down, we could literally hear every word spoken. I’d expect a bit more empathy and respect and eventually your staff to inform your clients to stop talking so loudly. If you need a vaccination for your pet, cool. If you’d like to say your last good bye in respectful and peaceful environment, then don’t bother, you’re just a credit card to them and it shows.

Today we had our darling dog put to sleep. The call before to make the appointment was so sensitive and was dealt with so emphatically. Today our appointment arrived and our vet Clarisse was unbelievable. She was kind, compassionate, empathetic there was no rush completely understanding. I can’t thank her enough for the way the whole process was dealt with. I will be forever grateful to her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Great vets! We're very pleased with the care and advice. Always looking for the best solutions and patiently listening to any concerns or questions. Appointment availability is also good. Would've preferred to book the appointment online but that wasn't possible which is a shame. Booking via phone was pretty good anyway, just a personal preference

Rok and the team at Medivet Greenwich really took great care of us when we tragically lost our cat over xmas. The care, attention and service we received during this difficult time was full of empathy and compassion and I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

Absolutely phenomenal service from all the team at Medivet Greenwich. Roc took such incredible care of our elderly Jack Russell and we couldn’t have been happier. Seán on reception is fantastically knowledgeable and was such a help with the pet insurance forms. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to all the team there

The staff at Medivet Greenwich are wonderful. Our dog had injured her nails on a day out in Greenwich. We were squeezed in as an emergency and received compassionate and professional care. Thank you!

1 - Good local vet, commited staff 2 - If you have a cat they may ask you to wait in a separate area away from the dogs 3 - Ability to keep pets overnight, integrated with most instance schemes
