After months of uncertainty and worrying test results, Wadsley went into Medivet Ramsbottom today for a biopsy. Upon opening him up in theatre, Kay made the decision to remove the lump and gave Wadsley the very best care. I can’t thank everyone at the practice enough — from the reception staff , Vet nurses and Vets Kay and Grace — for keeping me calm and fully informed throughout. Not once did I feel like I was asking a silly question, and the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown towards both Wadsley and me meant the world. Thank you, Medivet Ramsbottom, for going above and beyond. ❤️🐾
