Medivet - Scunthorpe

We've recently joined the Medivet practice here in Scunthorpe. Mollie has visited twice and we have enjoyed both the vets we saw. A friendly relaxed atmosphere. Thanks Medivet!

I recently had my dog spayed by keyhole surgery and was very pleased with how it went ,the vet was very informative about how it worked and the staff looked after her very well during surgery and afterwards,one happy dog and owner

What a pleasurable visit for Freya. She went for her nails clipping. She was great. Staff loved her. She always loves going into any Medivet. The staff are super friendly and she actually pulls to go in! 🤣🤣 Her nails were clipped and rounded off beautiful 😍 Thank you.

Always very helpful, very efficient,Today 23rd October i have to say they have truly come to our rescue with regards to one of our fur babies,couldn't fault them so helpful and in there treatment of one of our dogs that wasn't registered there but some were else .Let just say they are now registered there and nothing was to much trouble from the vet who was really patient and explained what the issue was to the ladies on the front desk .Thankyou .

Easy to park and access the surgery. Friendly and helpful reception staff both on the telephone and face to face. Marco the vet takes time to listen and is knowledgeable and very caring with my elderly dog. It’s very important to me to have continuity and see the same vet when possible and the medication surgery in Scunthorpe offers this. Thank you

Always friendly and professional. Drugs seem very pricey but suspect this can be said for most vets

My puppy had a very bad reaction a there vaccination. They would see him if I payed £385 then and there which I didn't have sadly told to keep eye on him and in the end my puppy died :(!

Went to medivet due to my cat (main coon) he was having persistent diarrhoea, went to this medivet to have a check up from Marco, as went in the staff was lovely and helped us sign in and become a medivet customer, Marco did a visual and physical analysis on my cat, he said to stop giving him wet food and treats, my gf was very suspicious because she’s lived her life filled with cats, we followed the request given to us by the vet, and a couple of days later my parents took me aside and said we are feeding the cat well and properly as it’s my first time owing a cat, I said yes and told them Marco said to lower the amount of food given and stop giving him wet food and treats because it was causing him diarrhoea, my parents said Marco in the past falsely diagnosed my dog saying that they was ok, if Marco did a proper examination he would found her cancer and she would of lived more happy lives with a family a she loves, my parents took her to ASHBY medivet where they found out that she had cancer but by then it was very late, ASHBY medivet found something that Marco failed, and because of that my cat was very underweight and for a kitten that made or suffer because of the request given by Marco, we gave him more nutritions and we slowly gave him wet food, and after a couple of days and that is what stopped it, I would recommend the Ashby medivet for anything, even if Ashby is far they won’t disappoint you,
