My elderly cat had a funny turn, I suspect along the lines of a stroke. Although Orby vets were busy & short staffed they fitted me in at the end of surgery time. Very thorough examination, good advice from a compassionate clinician. No viable treatment but 3 weeks on and although my cat will never be 100 percent again she is still with me & coping fairly well. Thanks for their help & advice.

If I could leave a higher rating I would... I actually don't know where to start...for nearly 15 years the love, compassion and care that have been given to our girls by the team at Orby has been impeccable. Without the dedication of so many that work there we wouldn't have had them for as long as we did and for that we will be eternally grateful. What I want to say is.. Don't wait until you NEED a vet in your hour of need, when your pet is facing long term illnesses, or old age to find out how good a practice is - you can 100% trust these guys not just to look after your pets when they are young, fit, healthy and "just need" routine health checks or vaccinations or even spays or neutering. What really matters is when your beloved pet needs THE VERY BEST and that comes in a package of care that can't be seen in price or an advert... I've known tears be shed by staff as they have share our journey... There may be other practices around and I would never judge or compare as I've not experienced - but what I would say is that I would travel miles, move heaven and earth to go to Orby Vets regardless of any other option - because they have EVERYTHING going on and that stems from the people who put the pets and animals first. Thank you doesn't even seem enough - but for anyone wanting a Vet practice you won't find better for miles and miles and miles around - in fact I would go so far to say... At all ❤️ Losing both of our girls within the last 12 months was inevitable... Whilst we did everything possible for Charlie her time came and there was nothing anyone could have done... With Maisy, I am in no doubt that without Amanda and the other amazing vets... And let's not forget the whole team behind the scenes, I think we would have had to say goodbye much sooner - the care given was like they were treating one of their own - and you can't ask for more than that. What ever the formula is there - it is magical for us as pet owners... Please keep doing what you do best. You all will always have a special place in my heart for how you have cared for our girls. THANK YOU!

Really good vets and The staff are very informative and friendly. Highly recommend Both my dogs have no fear of going to the vets. The vets and nurses are really friendly and take time to fuss over the dogs. Plus th dogs get a tasty treat after there consultations . I would definitely highly recommend Orby vets for your pets.

Been registered at Orby vets for 40+ years and no complaints. Yes prices have soared over the last few years but so have many things... Any issues have always been dealt with and staff obliging and helpful. Frank and Graham were exceptional and a hard pair to step into the shoes of but the current staff are excellent...

My personal opinion is that Orby Vets are outstanding. I've been taking my puppy here for the last year, we travel from Nottingham to use this vets. The care that they show is amazing, they all seem to treat my pup as if she were one of there own.
