They were perfect our little kitten Alfie went there to be neutered and they could see we were nervous and so was the cat and they kept us all calm and reassured. The price was excellent and the care was outstanding. The staff truly do love their jobs and the animals they see everyday.

Horrendous experience with Richard Morris at this practice. My beautiful ragdoll cat was taken in with a mild eye infection. Morris treated her like an inanimate object, with no kindness, no warmth, and zero compassion. He needlessly injected her with metacam without my knowledge or consent. I believe this was done just to boost up my bill further. A fateful decision that killed her within 2 days, as my cat had a stomach condition and should never have been given a metacam injection. If Morris had bothered to read her notes and communicate with me, he would have known this. But this cold and arrogant vet thought he knew best. Well, clearly he didn’t. I trusted him to care for her, instead my cat died terribly as a result. I now have to live with the agonising guilt and pain of knowing if I hadn't taken her into Fenwolds that day, she would still be alive, living her best life. Morris deserves to be struck off. I would not trust him to examine an old shoe I'd found at the side of the road. Now my beautiful girl, my whole world, is gone forever. No more cuddles at bedtime. No more mousecapades in the morning. No more daily belly laughs. No more sidekick. No more my best friend. I will never get over losing her. I will never get over holding her in my arms whilst blood was pouring from her bottom and she was crying out and thrashing about in fear and pain. I will never get over seeing her take her last breath in absolute agony. This will haunt me forever. This will never leave me. My heart is broken. This vet did this to her. This vet did this to me. This vet did this to us. I will never forgive Richard Morris, for as long as I live. Never.
