We’ve had consistently excellent experiences with this veterinary practice. The team are genuinely compassionate and clearly care deeply about the animals they treat. Every visit, they take the time to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable, which makes a real difference. They are always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer questions without making you feel rushed. It’s also been very easy to get appointments when needed, which is incredibly reassuring when you’re worried about your pet. Overall, a caring, professional, and reliable service that we trust completely with our animals. Highly recommended.

I can't praise this place enough! Helpful staff,informative staff,transparent prices, reasonable prices. Excellent care and services. I visited here yesterday with my fur baby who was very poorly, the veterinarian handled my bubba with care and consideration. My bubbas diagnosis was very serious and I made the decision to put her to sleep 😢. Staff were sympathetic, informative, helpful and just there for us! I can't praise them enough, they helped and made both mine and my bubbas pain that bit easier. Her diagnosis was a shock to my system and i am currently grieving. But i needed to write this review, for all of you who need peace of mind. I can reassure you that your loved one is definitely in capable, caring hands here. I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

Best vet clinic we've been to by far. My dogs have had kind, caring treatment every time we've been here. Bo the vet and also the practice manager/owner have both been excellent during consults for our dogs, and the receptionists are really helpful over phone and email. No one working here looks down on you if you are on a low income like we've experienced at other clinics and they are really helpful and nonjudgemental suggesting how to save money. And it's lovely to experience all the staff being genuinely happy to see/treat your pets instead of rushed, burnt out or obligated to maximise profit like at other practices. It really helps vet visits be less stressful.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable vets with a great 'bedside' manner. Resonable prices compared to other vets I've had the displeasure to use, I never feel ripped off when I go here, I've had the opposite feeling in other vets. They saw my dog when she was very ill, fitted me in within 30 minutes of me calling them, they diagnosed the issue quickly, and the meds they prescribed has given our 14 year old cocker a new lease of life.

Can’t thank Oxford house vets enough for looking after our Millie moo. I was so nervous about having her spayed but after reassurance and outstanding care our girl was back to herself within 2-3 days. The hard part was stopping her jumping on to furniture!! Highly recommend Oxford house. Vicky the vet is an old school friend and her passion for animals is heart warming. Definitely 5 star care 💕
