The staff at valued pets are very helpful, going over and above to fit us in, where other chain vets don’t. They are an independent vets, who value everyone’s custom, while caring about the animals and keeping cost down. Thank you for being so kind and helpful guys.

I had an amazing experience at Valued Pets with my Golden Retriever, Winnie. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with animals, and the atmosphere in the clinic is always calm and welcoming. I especially want to praise the veterinarian, who is not only highly professional but also empathetic, attentive to every detail, and truly dedicated to each furry patient. You can see the passion and respect they have for animals. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best care for their pets!

I'm not one for reviews but they earned this one. Everyone who works here is amazing. The vet is highly skilled and the care given is second to none. Twice in a month, at very short notice, they've seen my dog in an emergency and one of those times they saved her life. I couldn't recommend them more. They're great. If you love your pet, register here!

An appointment for the vet to tell me people like you are brainwashed and buy foods you see in adverts online so I explained that wasn’t the case, I’ve never done that and I had researched the food and showed him which food my dog eats and when the vet realised it was all good ingredients moved onto tell me the reason for my dogs bad ears could be the flea treatment because I had opted for the annual injection and it “probably” is only effective for the first 8 months and less and less thereafter my dog only had the injection 6 months ago so even of it was true about the effectiveness it wouldn’t be relevant in this case. He then said he couldn’t help my dog because we weren’t on the same page and I wouldn’t listen to any suggestions he had made. He’d made none so far. I asked him 4 times to ask one of the nurses to come in as a third party because he kept laughing every time I asked a question. I asked again what suggestions have you made he told me “I said we could do a blood test to find the cause of the symptoms” when I said okay let’s do the blood test then he told me my dog doesn’t need it. Ended the appointment by telling me he won’t charge for the appointment and for me to find another vet. Absolutely disgusting how he talks to people and laughs when you ask questions. And how the nurses/ receptionists are happy to sit and listen to that happening in the background is beyond me. Oh also, another cause could be the treats I give him, the vet asked how many treats I give the dog, I asked what like the ones you’ve given him in this appointment? None, my dog only eats natural treats but the treats I don’t give him and shouldn’t give him the vet gave him 4 of in the short amount of time I was there
