Pool Farm Vets are amazing. We have an extremely nervous greyhound who they treat so gently. Their advice is always helpful and any medical treatment always provided promptly. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were recommended Pool Farm by our breeder and trainer when Kesha was fresh out of the litter. We have never looked back. They are always there when you need them and can fix you up an appointment with your favourite vet straightaway. Everybody is welcoming. You can tell it's a family run business and the team appear to work together incredibly well. There is always a good atmosphere and relationships between themselves, clients and of course the pets are always professional and friendly. Highly recommend

This was our first home visit from Pool Farm, although we have been treated there for over 30years. Gemma and her attending nurse arrived quickly and gave caring, personal and professional attention to Duke our 12 year old Great Dane. Three options were discussed and we agreed on a cocktail of meds. When collected the medication was labelled with clear instructions as to how and when they should be administered. Duke responded very well to the meds and was his old cheerful self the following day. Great servce as always from Sebastian and his team. Can't thank you enough for all your care and genuine interest over the years. Thank you , Karen and Brian Taphouse and Duke.

Big thanks to Sebastian and the team on Saturday morning where I brought my dog in suddenly after another dog bit his ear. My dog needed some surgery which was arranged there and then and my dog was all sorted within a few hours. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

I live in Nantwich but decided to register my new puppy with Poole Farm Veterinary practice in Betley because of how Sebastian and Charlotte have looked after my horses for the past 15 years or so. I was very pleased with the time, care, and consideration given to my puppy on his first visit.
