Last year my dog was ill and I paid out nearly £2500 for treatment with no outcome. I went on the PDSA site and found an illness that matched my dogs symptoms exactly. It was Pancreatitis so we decided to get rid of the rubbish high cost kibble and went to cooking chicken rice and vegetables and she has improved beyond belief. This vets were wanting me to go to a specialist at between £4k - £10k. To cap it all we went for an annual booster injection which was £89 which we later found for £60 with another independent local vet. We have changed vets now due to the greed of this practice.

Took our puppy here for her 2nd injection didn’t think to ask the price as presumed vets would all be standard prices for same product maybe a little higher or lower, So as you can imaging when went to pay and was almost £90 I thought this was very high so I cantacted several other vets around the local area to discover there cost was £38 it’s not about the money and wouldn’t have even minded £20 extra but it’s the fact it’s over double the price of other vets so just feel slightly ripped off and for this reason would not return. Nothing extra was done to what other vets include and same brand of vaccine

Really lovely vets - had an emergency with my cat - was seen within 45 minutes - vet was calm, reassuring and explained everything well. Reception staff were warm & friendly. Very happy with the treatment.

We have always been so pleased with the care & attention that we get from Leonard Brothers staff, from the receptionists, nursing staff & vets. We have a very nervous dog and they are so calm & patient with him and explain everything to us so well too. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and always recommend to friends.

We've been seeing Becky at Leonard Brothers for a couple of years now for our reactive dog who is dog reactive and definitely human selective - Becky is always so accommodating for us and our pup is now super excited to see her and we look forward to going to the vets which is something we never thought we would be able to say! The reception team is also so accommodating and kind! I know how hard it is to find a vet for your not-so-happy-go-lucky pup and I did so much research before finding Becky and would recommend her every time!
