Very friendly Receptionist on entering the practice. The service we have received from the Vet is extremely good. So much better to have continuity in treatment. The whole experience is very reassuring. Can definitely recommend this practice.

I am still heartbroken after losing my beloved SiuPak, but I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Amy, the receptionist at the Mere Green Branch. Throughout every step – from appointments to prescriptions and all my enquiries – Amy has been nothing short of outstanding. Her kindness, patience, and understanding have been such a comfort to me during this very difficult time. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and cared for, and that means the world. Very friendly welcoming practice and everything explained clearly as to what they have to offer. No problem with getting quick and convenient appointments when required. Been using this vets since I had ny kitten just over a year ago. I would definitely recommend them.
