Brue, my 10-year old collie-cross rescue, was examined today. He has a mild heart condition and I wanted him to be checked over. The vet, Sam, was attentive to every detail. She assured me everything was fine. Then, a few hours later, she phoned back - she had found that the medication level had been set too low by his previous vet. I was deeply impressed, thank you

Saxon vets have taken care of my pets for many years. As part of the healthy pet scheme my dog has his nails clipped regularly, he's so scared, but they put him at ease. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I have always had positive experiences with this vet practice.

I like Saxon Vets in Wickham Market as they are close to where I live, can arrange appointments fairly quickly and have knowledgeable staff and vets.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The vets are all very knowledgeable and my dog is always happy to go there! I am always given good advice and they are also very helpful as I have some disabilities. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Can’t rate the Team at Saxon vets Framlingham enough! We recently had to make the hard decision of putting down our beloved dog Jasmine 😢 and the team did a fantastic job of being there at every step. From the person I spoke to on the phone , to the vet and aftercare care ( lovely card delivered to our home) it was so comforting to have them with us on this difficult day! We weren’t rushed or pressured and everything was explained clearly 💖 I don’t remember who we dealt with personally but thank you so much for making us feel better in that moment it meant the world to have support and comfort

The staff here are brilliant. The Dog however, might disagree. She gets grumpy when visiting even though she receives excellent care.

The service is absolutely brilliant from reception staff to the vets and nurses. Everybody is friendly and helpful you couldn't ask for a better veterinary clinic.

Had to write this review to express the relief and gratitude felt leaving the vets yesterday. My cat had an injury that looked a lot worse than it was and I'd got in a bit of a pickle expecting the worst but Chris treated him so kindly and promptly with care. What probably would have been quite painful was made more comfortable for him. Chris is brilliant and really put us both at ease. My cat's healing really well already and looks back to his normal lovely self. So relieved and happy with how we were both treated. There still is kindness in the world. Thank you so much.

Losing our beloved dog was extremely upsetting for us but the care and sensitivity that Laurie and his staff gave helped enormously, knowing that he received the best care possible, even in the last days of his life. Thank you.
