Rang enquiring about joining the vets to general advice, was told "well you've got a vet why are you ringing us" Alan partridge like call handler with an attitude and no people skills.

The Paddock Veterinary Practice showed the most wonderful, kind and compassionate treatment to our very sick old dog. Abby, the Vet, went above and beyond to care for him over a Bank Holiday weekend and made everything as peaceful and calm as possible when after a few days we had no choice but to put him down. I have owned several dogs and the care, quick response and professionalism shown by Abby and all at Paddock Vets was exceptional.

My dog suffered a ruptured spleen last Feb 2024 and the young lady came out to the house and gave him peace ,it was a traumatic time and the vet was caring and very supportive .I have recently taken on a Patterjack and his jabs with treats !were so relaxed he didn't even know he'd had them So I am very pleased with The Paddock all the staff very helpful and kind
