I cannot recommend this veterinary practice highly enough. The entire team is caring, professional, and genuinely dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for both pets and their owners. The vets were knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly, giving me complete confidence in the treatment and advice provided. The reception staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Thank you to everyone at the practice for the exceptional care and support. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional team to care for their pets.

We love our vets. The reception staff and nurses are lovely, helpful and understanding. Anna our vet is a superstar 🤩 our cockapoo Stanley loves coming in to see her. She is welcoming and sensitive and has persevered with finding a solution to Stan’s persistent ear problems. Would highly recommend the Vet Centre if anyone is looking for a new vets for their pets.

Met by a friendly receptionist, The Vet was very professional friendly, knew about George and his history which was very calming. He listened, asked question and was Knowledgeable about IVDD. He gave sound advice options and we were not pushed into something we did not want. It was a perfect visit and consultation. Looking forward to the follow up without any fears. Ow. Brilliant

I thought my last vet was good but boy was I wrong. The team at the Vet Centre is amazing - they go above and beyond, they care about the pet first and will do everything they can to help them without making you feel judged They are so accommodating and can give you appointments so quickly. I chose this vet purely because after I moved, it was the closest that used the Pet Health Plan (which is incredible) and I am so glad I chose them. I cannot express how even the tiniest things are no problem to these guys and how quickly they act. There have been two times I’ve gone to them extremely stressed about my dog and after seeing them I’ve left crying with happiness and relief with how they have handled it and how much care they take to look after my dog

The Vet Centre got me in straight away and were able to see my cat early afternoon the same day as calling, she was displaying worrying behaviour and I was advised to seek in person vet advice asap. Aimee was great and patient whilst I explained the problem, I felt happy with the advice and information she gave and Gloom is feeling much better now!

I found the staff to be pretty rude and stressed out. You’re charging me an arm and a leg for the vet bills but you are struggling to get customer services correct. Make less bookings for the day as your staff are clearly stressed out from the pace of it all.

Not impressed at all with The Vet Centre recently. They used to be caring and compassionate but now they are corporate they simply only care about making more money. No communication from the senior vet there. Time to look for a practice with a more personal touch. Edited to add that our insurance company would not cover all the costs as they stated to us that the vet centre are charging way over usual veterinary prices. Beware.
