Welcome to Tower Veterinary Group, a friendly and welcoming veterinary practice located in York, North Yorkshire, England. At Tower Veterinary Group, pets are our passion, and we’re committed to providing the highest quality care for all types of animals, from birds to exotic pets.

At the heart of our practice are the experienced and dedicated veterinary surgeons, Mr Nicholas Howard, and Mr Nigel Langworthy, who are also the directors. They, alongside Dr Alicia Dixon, Dr Elizabeth Harland, and Mr William Lees, head the veterinary team, and have the expertise and experience necessary to give your pet the best possible care.

Additionally, we have a team of skilled and caring veterinary nurses, including Mrs Carriss Allan, Miss Rachel Jamieson, Mrs Jenny Molloy, and Mrs Geraldine Williams. They work tirelessly to ensure that animals are comfortable and cared for, and are always on hand to answer any questions that you might have about your pet’s health.

Our practice is open six days a week, including Saturdays, and our doors are always open to new and established clients. We hope to make it as easy as possible for you to book appointments, and our online booking system is available 24/7. We believe that accessibility is key to providing quality care, which is why we also have client parking, and disabled access to our practice.

Our practice has a wide range of facilities, including in-house diagnostic equipment like X-rays, laboratory, and surgical facilities. Our facilities work on a number of different species of pets including birds, cats, dogs, exotic, wild, and small mammals.

We have trained our staff not only to be experts in their respective fields but also to be compassionate and friendly. We know that visiting the vet can be a stressful experience for both pets and owners, so we always aim to make the process as calming and positive as possible, for the well-being of your animal.
