Pleasant receptionists, greeted with a smile and did not have to wait long to be seen. We were involved all the time during the check over and invited to ask any concerns we may go ave had. Enjoyed the visit

For the last few months our dog has been under the care of Brian, the ophthalmologist, due to needing double cataract surgery. From initial enquiry through surgeries, after-care and gradual sign off, we have felt that she was in excellent hands. All reception, referral and accounts staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and most importantly, thanks to Brian and the nursing team, our dog can see again. Thanks to all of you and I have no hesitation in recommending Vale.

It has been a very long time since we have had to use a vet. Unfortunately, one of our precious 3 cats was poorly and had to cross the rainbow bridge. Heart breaking, but all of the staff were very, very kind. Amazing treatment from the vet Ffion, she was just brilliant with our little Pixie cat. Her crossing was so peaceful and very quick. I'm so glad that we chose to have paw prints, nose prints and fur, there was no option for those things back in the day and it does feel like you have a very personal part of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I can only speak to our experience of Ffion, but my impression is that she's there for the love of animals and not the profit margin. Horribly heart breaking, but made a little easier by the gentle handling of the staff. We are very grateful.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the reception team, Anastasia the vet, and everyone who played a part in helping Annie recover after her operation. She was seen promptly, and we truly appreciated being kept informed and reassured every step of the way. A thank you as well to those who assisted with the insurance process — we were a bit anxious, but everything was handled so smoothly and stress-free. Thank you once again — it’s such a comfort to know we have Vale Vets to turn to if we need them.

Our JRT had sudden liver failure and Vale admitted her quickly, accurately estimated costs, gave amazing advice & care (including, once she came home to be monitored, handover of her details to the on call vet over nights & weekends, should I need advice). From the reception staff, the billing team, the vets and the nurses - everything was seamless, fast, and essentially they saved our dog’s life. I was terrified to take a still very sick dog home, but I had all the info & advice needed, as well as support at the end of the phone. Not only that, Vale have continued to support my own vets with ongoing advice as she recovers. Our dog is our child - she’s our whole world - and Vale treated her as such. What more could you ask for?
