Really lovely team, very easy to talk to and a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Rang up about concerns with my dog and I was given several options to help him and reassured as well as being informed on what to look out for. The vet who saw my dog also clearly wanted what was best for him as rather than rushing to get his vaccinations while he was still ill, the vet suggested we waited until his stomach was better as the vaccination could make it worse and potentially have to be done again.

Wonderful vet’s practice! Could not recommend highly enough - the care & contact my dog & I have received has been amazing. My dog is 6 months and has been with the practice since he was 10 weeks old - he now gets excited to go to the vets and all the staff greet him like he’s one of their own and take a real interest in his progress. All the staff and Dan & Lucy the owners are fantastic. Could not ask for more. Thank you for looking after Targa so well! 💙

Had a great experience when I took my cat Ronnie to the Didcot surgery for his first vaccines. We were greeted by Abi who came over to see Ronnie and explained what would happen in the appointment. She also had heaps of knowledge and answered any questions I had prior. We then went through to see Sophie who was super patient and took her time to get to know about Ronnie. This was lovely as we didn’t feel rushed at all! Unfortunately this had been the case at another vet surgery so was lovely to be made to feel we aren’t just another customer. Both Sophie and Abi were really gentle and he made no fuss having his vaccines. He is a supper greedy cat and had put on a bit of weight, so together we came up with a feeding plan to ensure he didn’t put too much weight on which we would re-assess at his follow up. Thank you both for a welcoming experience and have will certainly recommend to friends and family!

I have been to many different vets, but the service provided by Vets for Pets in Didcot and Abingdon has been by far the best! We were seen by Dan at both practices, and he is a truly remarkable vet. He is incredibly caring and thorough with his examinations, and he took the time to patiently educate us about the treatment needed for my Frenchie. This level of detail and dedication made all the difference. Beyond Dan, the entire team is fantastic. The staff we met and the receptionists were genuinely kind and helpful. I can't recommend them enough; they are all doing an amazing job and provide excellent care for both pets and their owners.
