Took my dog to villiage vets in Buckley this morning for the first time to get him vaccinated, he’s 4 years old and very strong. I really struggled to settle him in there. Very impressed with all the staff. The vet was fantastic she explained about petplan which was such an easy way to pay for vaccinations and more. Checked him over, even gave him a treat! And then helped me with him back to the car. Definitely worth a 5star review!

Weve been bringing our pets here (2 dogs 2 cats) 4 years now. The vets are excellent, we see Tom alot and he is lovely and takes the time to answer all of our questions. The ladies at the front desk are all lovely and friendly as well. Most recently our Nova had TPLO surgery and he has healed beautifully under Tom's care. Highly recommend.

I called Village Vets due to my dog, Bailey being unwell. I was quite upset and panicking as it all happened so quickly but the reception team were super friendly and made us an appointment to be seen that day. They advised that if I felt Bailey needed to be seen more urgently than our scheduled appoptinment in the evening, to take her down and they would fit her in. We headed there early and they saw us within 15 minutes. The vet was really sympathetic and calming and explained what she thought was wrong with Bailey and the appropriate treatment and next steps. They are a reasonably priced Vets and so helpful and understanding in stressful situations. Would definitely recommend Village Vets.

Our dog had an appointment for a scan here so this was our first visit. We found all the staff very friendly towards us and caring for our dog. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain the results of the tests. Additionally, prices were very fair and explained fully. I've no hesitation in recommending Village Vets to all.

We attended the emergency vet on the Friday evening and following morning for a review. We had an excellent service from our vets, both Becky and Zoe, and were very welcomed by the whole team. The care we and our dog had was excellent and helped us enormously through a few very difficult days with a very poorly Labrador 'Penny'. Thank you so much to all, Colin @ Ceri Fishwick and Penny Labrador!

My beautiful cat George had become very ill , I was looking for a vet to see him straight away. The lady who spoke to me to arrange it with Village Vets was so kind and quickly responded. Unfortunately he died before I could get there, I couldn’t go on , so went home. Then realised I had to go to them as I didn’t know what to do. I let my other cats say goodbye also.. The gentleman I spoke to, again was so kind and said they would be waiting for me. I took my beautiful boy there trying to be as stoic as possible. But just seeing them through the window, I started to sob. The understanding and kindness was amazing. I had never been there before and I was overwhelmed. I will register my two other cats there as. .

I can’t thank Village Vets on Liverpool Road, Buckley enough for the wonderful care they gave my 16-year-old dog, Molly. The lovely reception staff were so kind and managed to fit her in on a Saturday when she was limping with a claw digging into her pad. Pete, the vet, was gentle, thorough and gave me some very good advice. The whole team showed such compassion and professionalism they really put both Molly and myself at ease. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you!
