Gatehouse Vets - Lavister

We have used this surgery for all of our animals ranging from a gecko to a budgie, to a dog! They see all different types of animal and every single vet has brilliant knowledge and care. We've had such a positive experience every time, where each vet has gone above and beyond for our pets and shared knowledge and explained everything so you aren't left wondering. There's no rush during your appointment and you never feel silly asking questions. These are the only vets we put our trust in to take care of our pets because they get the best of the best care. I would absolutely recommend each vet at the surgery!

Great vets we required an exotic specialist which this surgery has. Vet really good receptionist lovely would recommend especially if you have a problem beyond the usual dogs and cats.

Excellent vets for exotics. I take my tortoise there every year for a health check. Tim treated him/her for shell rot a few years ago, very knowledgeable and Henry aka Henrietta received excellent care.

Doctor Tim is absolutely amazing. With his nurses he went above and beyond to help us care for our very poorly chinchilla. Excellent care, amazing people. We will always be grateful for everything.

Very pleased with the service I received for my corn snake, Tim very obviously knows exotics and I’m very happy my snake received care from him rather than a non specialised veterinarian. He gave tips for husbandry and knew how to handle my snake properly and safely which was my main concern when looking for a vet. Would recommend.
