The staff are really friendly and professional, from the lovely reception staff through to the very knowledgeable and understanding vets. I had concerns when the practice changed hand but the excellent standard of service has continued

Lovely clean spacious vets with parking right outside the door. The reception is large and your not ontop of other visitors with plenty of seating. On entry the receptionist are polite and helpful and answered all my questions when ordering medication. This visit we were having a 6 month check up on our Pup. The nurse was kind and easy to talk to answering any questions while checking our pup who was very good if not a little weary. After she earnt a biscuit 😁 Overall a great vets which i feel confident to recommend.

Went to the vets today. The female vet I saw today was amazing. Never seen her at the vets before. She was very thorough and explained everything she was checking and what could possibly be happening to Paddy.

I cannot recommend highly enough White Cliffs vets. Their reception area is clean and spacious with separate areas for cats and dogs. The vets listen and always call you back for a chat. And lastly, there is plenty of safe parking.

Never see the same Vet, constantly changing or moving on. Hopefully the new helpful & informative Vet who we saw this time will stay a little longer. Prices are astronomical. Current receptionists very nice, but why were the very good previous ones replaced. Definitely gone backwards in last few months/years. Has definitely made me consider getting another Pet in the future.

Still charging £31.50 per prescription in spite of new prescription cap of £21 by CMA. Insist on you paying for health check £60+ per pet to have prescription written. Recommend using independent vets instead as this vet is owned by a larger company who is only after more and more of your money. A shame because all staff at the surgery are wonderful.
