Amazing vets, proactively booking appointments when needed, the vets and vet nurses are very very friendly and helpful, they are usually running on time which is very unusual based on previous vets I have been to. I'm always happy to visit and have them looking after my animals

Professional, friendly and compassionate staff. They really care about you as an individual and most importantly they genuinely love all the animals they see. I have been a customer since 2006 and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Always lovely staff and excellent vets. Love that they have the cat clinic seperate from the main reception to help the cats stay calm and happy too.

Since my Greyhound had his leg removed, Nichola from the Hydro team had been looking after him. She has done an amazing job, he has not only got his strength back, but has gained his confidence and his fun for for life back. Highly recommend I can't thank the team enough for all they have done for my boy.

All the staff here offer a very friendly, welcoming approach. Our dog is very scared at the vets and special arrangements have been made to make it easier for her to cope - including having an injection whilst sat outside on my lap! I cannot recommend Bourne Vets highly enough.

We thought long and hard about which veterinary practice to choose when we got our cat. We ended up with a shortlist of two but have never once looked back after opting for Bourne. Not only did they save our cat's life when he suddenly developed an abscess, but every routine consultation has been excellent, with care and attention at every point from a kind, decent and above all professional team people who obviously are deeply committed to what they do. Also, there is a special cat clinic and the practice is beautifully located into the bargain. A real find and a gem and we would not now go anywhere else.
