Well and truly happy with the experience at Abbey vets. From the first enquiry and arranging Dora's vaccine appointment the staff where absolutely lovely, friendly and approachable the place was clean and comfortable. Receiving notifications via email and text regarding the appointment was great. Last of all the vet was brilliant took her time explained things fully and we knew Dora was in safe hands. Many thanks to Abbey vets and Dora will see you again soon 😊

We have a very anxious dog & when attending his appointments, the vets do their best to accommodate us and to try & make Buddy at ease as possible. We have seen the same vet now for his yearly vaccinations for the past two years & the lady is super, very polite & professional and helps us to relax when taking Buddy. Thank you.

Do not use this vet’s so bad !! Arranged an appointment for my dog , she has bad ears Receptionist said is it the same problem as before to I said yes . Get to the vet’s for the appointment check in at receptionist , Goes in nurse says what you here for about her ears ? I said yes , to the reply of oh right I’m only a nurse so I can’t look at this , you will need a vet And hasn’t got time to see you now !! Oh great I said. I’m self employed and this appointment is 11.20 so I’ve wasted all My time what you gonna do about it ? I’m sorry I can book another appointment? Can I speak to the manager I said ? She says you will have to phone the other branch Ok I said can’t you do that ? Could do but don’t have time now so you might want to call yourself ? Ok I left Went outside rang them said can I speak to a management? Yes just hold the line they said . Ok thanks Lady comes on says how can I help I explain to her what has happened She said sorry very frustrating let me get someone that can help , but said sorry very frustrating your not management ? No I’ve not been here that long and the lady you spoke to yesterday has been here less than me I’ll get management to call you back if ok I said ok thanks Still not heard anything !! A complete shambles and still my dog is in pain No consideration at all for me or my pet Definitely won’t be using again and will be letting everyone I know about this poor vet practice

I’ve entrusted my animals with Abbey Vets for over 30 years. They always listen to any concerns, provide fantastic care and offer a range of options, without being pushy. The wellbeing of my pets is and has always been their priority which is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always, we (my cats and I!) were treated kindly and professionally. It’s obvious that everyone here cares about the pets and owners they support. Thank you.

We have used Abbey Vets to care for several cats for over 30 years. They have always provided a professional, caring and friendly service and have been there when we needed them. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else, even though there are other vets closer to us.
