Took my cat for his six monthly check up. Arrived and parked in car park which is quite small but can usually manage to find a space. Checked in at desk. Staff very polite and professional. Appointment was on time and didn't feel rushed. The nurse did a full check and gave my cat plenty of time to feel comfortable with the process. All questions answered and advice given clearly, a really positive experience for my cat.

Been using this veterinary practice for many years and always found them very friendly and welcoming. Chloe was brilliant with our brand new kitten recently - I’m sure he’ll be comfortable visiting there again in the future!

I have been with Abbey Vets since 1978 and have always felt listened to when I have needed help with one of my fur babies. I have had a plan for my latest girl and I will get reminders when a health check is due. I never feel rushed in a consultation so feel able to discuss any concerns.

All the staff are lovely at Abbey, Harley has been very well looked after by David the vet and the nurses each time he's had to have something done.

I always notice how clean the surgery is, no matter how busy. The receptionist was cheerful and friendly, we were seen promptly by the vet on duty, she was very thorough, helpful and lovely with our dog. I have been with this vet practice since 1984, with a few different dogs, I know ownership has changed during that time, but I have always had good service and do recommend to people. Many thanks Abbey Veterinary Group.

I've been using abbey vets for years. This has been our choice of vets for our pets for years. I lost my dog jeannie unfortunately in March and they were really compassionate and empathetic during the whole process. I have since got another new bundle of love called molly. She now goes to abbey vets. She was spayed there last Friday and all of the veterinary team are fantastic with my dog

Took both my boys to Abbey vets today and although they were not happy about it I found it a good experience. The vet was lovely, listened to me, suggested things I could try and agreed with my opinion of the treatment my elderly dogs needed. Got all the medication I needed and both had boosters done, neither batted an eye lid, which hasn’t always been the case. Of course the bill was big but what can you do, these things are necessary and being nearly 16 years and 13 years old I’ll do whatever is necessary to keep them well.
