It's always a pleasure and even my elderly Brngal cat seems happy to see lovely Hannah the nurse and allows her to do all sorts of procedures with no objection!

I took Angie to the vets who is really nervous of visiting. I didn’t get the vets name or the 2 girls that were there with her but they made her really calm and relaxed with a much more positive outcome. So thankyou for being so patient and looking after Angie the way you all did!

All the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The vets and vet nurses go above and beyond and it's evident they really care. Our boy can be a little anxious and they always take their time with him, they never rush him and they always make sure he has a positive experience with them. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our boy.

Our first experience at this vets was unfortunately when our dog was on a path of no return, but we dealt with Rachel who worked on reception and Mauro the vet. What an absolute breath of fresh air and they restored our faith in Veterinary practices in general. Never have I experienced such helpfulness and transparency at a Scarsdale vets (Pride Park or Alestree), where an informed diagnosis, prognosis and costs were all put on the table in a professional and empathetic manner (Mauro was absolutely brilliant). Rachel's help in bringing things forward for us when our dog took a significant turn for the worst was very much appreciated.

I have been with Scarsdale Vets since 2018 when I moved to Derby. Shelton Lock is very understanding. All the staff are very friendly and caring including the reception staff who are the first people we see. All Scarsdale sites are brilliant, my favourite is Scarsdale in Shelton Lock. Good vibes from the minute you enter the building. My 3 dogs are always well looked after. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you all at Shelton Lock. Laci, Levi and Lexi and owner 😊

I love my vet practice and all the staff at Shelton lock for many reasons. Always help me with lots of different things over the years. when I have health issues that prevent me from getting there, I'm upset on the phone because I've missed a vaccination date.. but am reassured my mutely will be ok and I can call back when I'm calm.. Rachel is an absolute legend of a receptionist!!! I think she knows everyone who is a client and recognises my voice before I have to say anything more than a hello. My dog is always happy to visit, he's treated like a King!! he is a Cavalier 🤭 treats and water always available... And on a few occasions the staff have literally saved me from the edge.. no falling apart because I'm worrying about my best friend.. or I think I'm a rubbish owner and my pooch is weighty.. he wasn't at all.. always have my mutleys back and mine. Nearly 9 year's now and I really do hope I don't have to ever move and find another because there is no other!!! I thank the staff with my whole heart for keeping us healthy, safe and well 💜 The only vet for us 💯

Scarsdale takes great care of our little cat Molly! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and we know Molly is in safe hands when she needs to go to the vet. The Pet Health Club is fantastic, and allows us to save money on flea and worm treatments, as well as any consultations we may need.
