Our Rosie is well looked after at Highfields. She used to shake and have her tail between her legs at our previous vets but she doesn't do it here. More relaxed atmosphere with kind and helpful staff.

So what a difference in approach, attitude, cost and genuine concern. So at last a vets that looks after animals and their owners and that doesn’t look to charge for everything in minute detail! In particular in our case we would like to thank our vet Cécile and also Gill (who amongst other things deals with insurance) for helping us and Bentley I can’t tell you what a night and day difference from the usual corporate owed multiple practice firms who are just there to make money! They dealt with a life threatening situation with our dog, kept in communication with us and ensured we were fully informed and he’s doing well. We can’t recommend them enough!!!

I am highly cynical of large, corporate owned vets practices after several very bad experiences (especially at Pride/Scarsdale). So I was very pleased to find this small, caring practice. They are very genuine and each member of staff is so caring and kind. The prices are much fairer than most vets and I never feel pressured to accept unnecessary treatments. I actually trust them to do right by my pet and by me! Recently my rabbit had to have an eye removal and it was a terrible worry for us, but they were nothing but supportive and did a fantastic job of caring for him. He is fully recovered and I am so grateful to the staff at Highfield.

Best vet's I've been too, very compassionate & caring. I had a litter of puppies, mum and 2 of the puppies had complications, the practise was extremely helpful and kind. Mum and puppies are all doing well now.

I can’t recommend this veterinary team enough! All of my bulldogs absolutely love coming here, Maisy gets so excited every time shes visits(she would live there if she could) . The staff are not only incredibly skilled and caring with the animals they are supportive too. It’s clear that they go above and beyond for both pets and their humans. Truly exceptional vets in every way.

We’ve never experienced such genuine care and professionalism as we have with the team at Highfields Vets. They truly go above and beyond for both pets and their owners. The entire team - from the vets and nurses to the reception staff - are outstanding: knowledgeable, compassionate, and always ready to help. They consistently prioritise our dogs’ needs and well-being, offering honest advice and reassurance every time we visit. Even in emergencies, they provide clear guidance and never encourage unnecessary visits, which shows how much integrity and care they have for both animals and their owners - which I have never really experienced before. Vet prices are always a concern in general for every pet owner, so not only Highfields Vets prices are very reasonable, they also offer a Health Plan that’s very affordable, and the unlimited consultations are a huge help. They’re also extremely transparent about their pricing — both on their website and in the detailed estimates they provide before any procedure — which really puts our minds at ease. It’s rare to find a veterinary practice that displays such a comprehensive price list online; most others only include a few generic procedures. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. There have been countless times when the team has put our minds at ease over the troubles our dogs, Bruno and Maple, have gotten themselves into the past year - especially during emergencies. Went today as my dog required a Rabies Vaccination to move abroad. Very impressed with the practice, nice reception staff who were very helpful, & happy to email me the record of treatment for the Animal Health Certificate (issued by another provider). The vet was very thorough, took her time & interacted well with myself & Meg the Cockerpoo. Pricing was very competitive too. Would certainly recommend. Thanks.

Brilliant, caring vets, nurses and reception team. I highly recommend them. They have been so helpful and supportive with all of our pets. Especially after the passing of our beautiful cat Nancy. Cannot recommend them highly enough, not just for their reasonable prices and honesty, but also for all of their care and compassion.
