Jess the dermatologist specialist is absolutely amazing. She's honest, so helpful and kind and does the best for our girl. Mickleover is absolutely amazing in total, the receptionists are lovely and understanding. Thank you so much for everything you do to help us

Having the surgery locally makes a visit convenient and easy. The atmosphere is calm and friendly with pleasant, helpful staff and efficient kind vets.

Our greyhound needed to see a vet urgently and the receptionist was both sympathetic and determined to find us an appointment. We were able to have an appointment at a satellite vet’s. The vet there was very helpful, set tests in motion and left notes on file for our regular vet. Could not ask for more.

I was able to get a same day appointment to see lovely Laura who is very familiar with Dixie. She skilfully removed a matted clump on his chest. Always very kind and friendly. The lady on reception (sorry I don't know her name) is also lovely and friendly.
