Scarsdale Veterinary Group - Park Farm

The vet was very gentle and efficient with our vet nervous cat. Thank you for that

Friendly reception. The lady vet was friendly and sensitive to our very nervous dog. Her advice on appropriate treats was taken

Worst vets ever!!! If you truly cared about your animal don't take them to this vets! They dismissed my cats problems and didn't care about what I had to say. I even went to another vets after as I didn't feel comfortable with how our appointment went. My cat died less than a week later because the vet at park farm missed vital issues that could have been prevented and saved him. They prescribed unessisary medication and charged a rediculous amount. I made a complaint about everything that happened and they still showed neglacence and lacked accountability. Worst vets ever

I have been taking my cats to Scarsdale vets for approx 30 years. Receptionists are always very welcoming and the vets and nurses, very caring with the treatment of my cats.

We can’t thank Karen and the whole team at Scarsdale Vets enough for the incredible care they’ve given Buzz. We first brought him to the Scarsdale Park Farm practice after leaving our previous vet, where Buzz had become terrified to even step inside due to a traumatic experience. Since day one, the patience, kindness, and genuine love the team has shown him have been nothing short of amazing. The change in Buzz over the past few months has been unbelievable, and we’re so relieved we made the decision to move him. Thank you all so much, you’ve truly made a difference!

My cat, Florence, was taken to Scarsdale's Park Farm branch in March 2025 because she kept falling over, wasn’t eating, and was showing other signs of being very unwell. The vet, a lady I had not met before, sent Florence home. The next day, we rushed her to Scarsdale's Pride Park practice as her condition had worsened. Unfortunately, she was then put to sleep, as she was very unwell. I believe the vet at Park Farm exercised very poor judgment; had better judgment been exercised, Florence would not have had to endure an additional day of suffering.

We wanted to thank the Scarsdale Team and especially Karen Davies who over the last five years has cared and attended to our little soldier Rambo. Karen is a compassionate and professional vet and always has the animals best interest at heart. you never feel any pressure from her and she has always understood our needs for the care of our dog. in June 2024, we sadly lost Rambo and we were very grateful to receive a call from Karen. She really understood the grief we were going through and it was not a dog. It was our little boy. This review relates to all the Scarsdale staff as we have always had great service from them but the one that stands out at the most for us is Karen and that’s who we always prefer to see. Sometimes in life it's not what you say it’s what you do, Karen made our dog and us feel special and unique. We are both eternally grateful for the care that we have received.🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾

The vet was really good with my 9 week old cocker spaniel. She put him at ease and gave him some treats as she injected his vaccinations. The receptionists were lovely too. A nice experience ☺️
