I do not recommend this vet clinic for rabbit neutering. My bunny sadly died after the procedure, and I strongly feel Kevin was not experienced enough to perform rabbit surgery safely. The day before the operation, during the check-up he barely examined my rabbit properly. Instead of carefully checking him, he mostly asked me questions. I trusted them with my bunny’s life, and now he is gone. What made the situation even worse was that after my rabbit died, they still tried to charge me £128. Thankfully, I refused to pay. I am heartbroken and deeply disappointed with the level of care and professionalism we received. I appreciate your response, however at this time I do not wish to discuss this matter privately. I shared my experience publicly because I believe other rabbit owners deserve to know what happened to my bunny. My bunny was perfectly healthy before this procedure, and these concerns should have been properly discussed during the check-up, which lasted barely 5 minutes. Instead of carrying out a thorough examination most of the appointment consisted of asking me questions. Losing him after what was supposed to be a routine procedure has been devastating for me and nothing will ever bring my bunny’s life back. I remain deeply disappointed with the care we received.

Our first visit at Acres today because our little puppy Jackson ate a grape! The staff were incredible and the Vet Kevin who looked after Jackson was so nice and made us feel at ease. We were so worried and panicked and the staff were so good at calming us down. Thanks to everyone who was working tonight 2nd March yous are all amazing.

From the minute we turn down the road to the vets, my dog starts to lose his mind - with joy! He loves going to the vet’s. They take amazing care of our precious boy, indulge his nosy boy ways and, occasionally slip him a treat. My confidence in them was put to the test when he was 6 months old and they exceeded it. Arlo is almost 3 and I know it’ll always be Acres that we trust with him.

I was in here to ask staff if they could put up a flyer for my dog grooming business in return for a £10 discount for all staff, I muddled up my words a little but the reception staff were all so nice to me. I also saw them helping an older couple with their dog. I was surprised this vet has a separate space for cats to wait, my 2 would really appreciate this 🥰

Always friendly staff and a great service. Cali is very scared of the vets but they always take time to make her a little more comfortable and very patient.
