An amazing vets with the most fabulous, caring and kindest staff. They are extremely considerate when dealing with my anxious dog, doing everything they can to make his and our trips to them as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend them! Thank you Albert Cottage vets team for all your do!

A very good vet that has looked after my animals well. There is always a wait that can be a bit tedious when you are getting a repeat and are in a hurry. Has benefited from a recent upgrade, reception is much more animal friendly.

Thank you for all you did for my Lucy. She was my very special cat. I was so lucky to have 18 & 1/2 years with her. She is going to be so missed. My heart is broken. I have never loved a cat so much. I've lost 2 other cats over the years, but there was something different about Lucy. She was always there for me when I was poorly. She always knew when I needed that bit of comfort. From walking in you’re greeted warmly by the receptionist, the waiting area is beautifully clean and there’s a relaxed atmosphere, which is great when you have an elderly, excitable pug as we have. The vet was fab and he handled Frank with an ease and friendliness and a good understanding of the breed. Communication was great. Explanation of what the problem was, how we go about fixing it, what meds he was going to prescribe and why, was crystal clear. If you want to take your pet to a vets that’s warm, welcoming and friendly, that treats you and your pet like family members but still remaining highly professional, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Albert Cottage, it’s worth every star.

Perfect atmosphere for comfortable time at this vets. Been looking after our puppy for over a year now and can't fault them. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good vets, a year plan you can buy into to cover all your pets weds
