The staff at burch tree are the most compassionate vet staff I have ever used. I have a young dramatic GSD, and they are so good with her, making her visits as stress free and fun as possible

Hi there, I went today to the vets burch tree and I'm a bit upset I understand everyone have to make money but I had no qlue my dog had A wound and they sold me a spray what cost actually 18 £ the sold me the spray for 86 £ I'm. Really upset that's 4 times more than usally how? If I knew 5hat before I would go to. Pets home or order online but I had no qlue and I was scared about my dog was not thinking about it just wanted the best than when I checked later on I found it out I'm upset really

Always happy with the service I receive here and would highly recommend the practice. Lovely vets (Maddie, Henry) and the nurses are so kind and really looked after my cats. Louise was very helpful too. The cost here is no different to my previous vets and am happy to pay anyway for the quality service I get.

Excellent vet practice had a few difficult months with our pets. But due to old age and illnesses couldn't be saved, that's way of things. But all the vets were very honest with their diagnosis and didn't try to pass on aby unnecessary treatment. And also thank you to reception staff for thier help and understanding with the loss of beloved dog.

It’s always an anxious moment when you visit a new vets for the first time, but with Burch Tree I know we’ve made the right choice. Such friendly, warm, welcoming staff and such a positive and personable atmosphere in the whole environment. I feel for sure that our dog will get the best care here in the years to come. Thank you for putting my mind at rest so easily yesterday!
