Good Vets, the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and managed to get me a appointment at short notice, the vet himself was caring and checked my dog for the relevant concerns I had.

All the staff, both vets and reception staff, are always so welcoming, greeting the animals as well as their owners. The vets also are so living and caring to all the animals, ensuring us owners can relax when our fur babies are in their care. Would highly recommend this practice in Normanton as well as the linked practice in Wakefield 💜

They don't care recently I ordered some flea and worm for my cat went to pick it up and they gave me flea and worm treatment that my cat was allergic to even thoe I had told the vets previously they had not put it down on her notes in the summer months a man brought a tiny kitten in he had found that obviously needed lots of tlc sat in the waiting listening to the receptionist talk about how much money it was going to cost the vets to help the tiny kitten with formula absolutely disgrace talking about money when the tiny kitten needed help

Recently moved to Normanton Yorkshire and needed vet to check our Jack Russell who urt leg in a fall. Very friendly staff, receptionist and vet dealt quickly to find isue and arranged booking at their hospital in Wakefield for X rays 2 days later. Again- excellent treatment, kept me updated during day and explained the steps taken. Also thanks to Chris the pet taxi guy who took us to and from the hospital/home, he was very caring and helpful. Gave great peace of mind ad I am unable to drive these days. Thanks!
