Macha the vet is so kind and caring. She really listened to our concerns about our dogs’ personalities and individual needs. We always ask for Macha when booking an appointment because she clearly knows her stuff and takes the time to explain things properly. What really stands out is that she genuinely listens and shows she cares, which unfortunately isn’t always the case with some vets who seem to just rush you in and out. We really appreciate the time and attention she gives to our dogs which are three Pomeranians.

Disappointing and sad experience. I went with my first pet for vaccination and I was told that I could apply for a yearly health check plan that would include the vaccines price. I was told that I could decide by next visit, which was in 4 weeks. However when I went for next visit it was a complete change of scenario. I was told that I already paid for vaccines and this will not be included in the health check price and that I should have applied for it within 7 days, which was never mentioned. I was told that I could fill in a complaint from which is pointless. So sad and unfair to abuse customers' trust. Will never use your services again.

Due to my regular vets being short staffed and had no vets available. I called vets4pets as my dog needed to be seen. I am registered already at the one in pitsea due to past emergencies but called up registered and got an appointment straight away. Receptionists all friendly and picked up the phone straight away. My dog was seen and the lady i saw was so lovely ( didn't catch name ) answered my list of questions and generally seemed to care which is nice to see. I will use this vets from now on for my dog. Thank you all.

Having a guinea pig go under anaesthetic is always a big worry. We had to take one of ours in after his eye became very swollen and damaged. I cannot praise Dr Ilianna, the reception staff and the team who operated to do the eye enucleation, enough. As he was previously misdiagnosed and not properly checked by another practice, I was very uncertain how things would go. He's home recovering, being given emeraid and anything else I can get into him. The relief of being told the procedure was successful and he'd come through the anaesthetic fine, is indescribable. Chunky Monkey and his family are very grateful.

My first time visiting them yesterday to book appointment for Friday pm. However needed an emergency appointment today as my cat deteriorated overnight. They were amazing. The Vet, Fransisco was so lovely, very caring and made sure that he did his best for my cat. I had blood results back in half an hour and unfortunately the news was not good. I had to put my cat to sleep as there was not much hope without very expensive treatment to the cost of thousands of pounds. So I had to make that decision. He was very gentle with her and she went very peacefully. Even the reception staff were great and even though it was only a short membership at that practice, they all were lovely. Would highly recommend them.
